Michel Coureau

Michel COUREAU is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, management, and training. Currently serving as Vice-president of IESF Régions since 2018 and President of IESF Picardie since 2011, Michel is dedicated to promoting scientific and technical fields among students and advocating for gender parity in technology occupations. As General Director of EXPERFORMANCE SARL since 1999, Michel specializes in industrial consulting, coaching, and training, with a focus on performance improvement and various methodologies. Previous roles include Head Country Purchasing for France and Benelux at CLARIANT, responsible for significant procurement operations, and Technical Services Manager at HOECHST, where Michel implemented predictive maintenance strategies. Early career experiences include technology and industrialization oversight at GIPELEC and infrastructure engineering in port constructions.
