Ryann Reese began their career in 2018 as a Technical Customer Support Representative at Greenway Health. In 2019, they moved to Tyler Technologies as a Technical Support Specialist. In 2021, Ryann joined Ingenious Med as a Technical Support Specialist, where they are responsible for timely and accurately creating, maintaining, and closing support cases within Salesforce.
