Lucas Cramsey

Lucas Cramsey possesses extensive experience in global compensation, currently serving as the Director of Global Compensation at Ingersoll Rand since January 2021. Previously, Lucas held the role of Manager of Global Compensation at Gardner Denver from February 2010 to January 2021, leading compensation processes including incentive plan administration and salary structure creation. Prior to this, Lucas worked as a Global Compensation Analyst, assisting with management incentive bonuses and salary administration. Early in the career, Lucas started as a Bank Teller at Heartland Bank and Trust Company, where responsibilities included handling transactions and customer inquiries. Lucas earned a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Culver-Stockton College in 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance with minors in Accounting and Sports Management from the same institution in 2009.
