Santiago Arias Duval

Santiago Arias Duval is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple sectors, particularly in precision and life sciences technologies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Precision and Science Technologies at Ingersoll Rand, Santiago oversees a business unit with over $1 billion in revenues, focusing on precision dosing and fluid management systems. Previous positions at Ingersoll Rand include Vice President and General Manager of Life Sciences and General Manager of Medical North America, where Santiago demonstrated expertise in full P&L management and operational leadership. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Santiago held roles at Danaher Corporation and General Motors, and co-founded a start-up aimed at addressing refrigeration challenges in India. Santiago holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
