Dustin Herrmann

Dustin Herrmann is an experienced professional in the chemical engineering and production management fields, currently serving as Plant Manager at Ingevity since February 2016. Herrmann's roles at Ingevity have included Operations Manager and Monomer Plant Production Manager during an expatriate assignment in Warrington, UK, as well as managing the Derivatives Operations Group overseeing safety and productivity across multiple plants. Prior to Ingevity, Herrmann worked for MeadWestvaco (MWV) from January 2006 to February 2016, where duties encompassed Production Supervisor, Contract Manufacturing Manager, and various production engineering roles. Herrmann holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Paper Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel.
