Matthew Pepin

Matthew Pepin has over a decade of experience in supply chain management and operational planning, currently serving as Sr. Manager for Global Planning and Operations Business Transformation at Ingevity since May 2014. Previous roles include various leadership positions at MeadWestvaco, where responsibilities encompassed managing the supply of activated carbon globally and optimizing inventory levels, and at Cummins Inc., where Matthew led materials planning teams and supported initiatives for inventory reduction and standardization of manufacturing practices. Matthew holds multiple degrees from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, including a Master’s in International Business and Finance, and has an additional degree from AMERICAN BUSINESS SCHOOL PARIS.
