Rajesh Kamath

Rajesh (Raj) Kamath has extensive experience in various roles within the supply chain and business process improvement field. Rajesh (Raj) is currently serving as the Head of Business Process Improvement at Inghams Group Limited, where they lead a team of 11 planners and VRPs in a transformational journey. Raj is also the Business Process Sponsor for the SAP ERP Implementation and is responsible for developing tools using PowerBI to streamline processes around replenishment and inventory management. Prior to this, they worked as the Planning Manager ANZ at Medline Australia and held various management positions at Colgate-Palmolive, including Inventory and Replenishment Manager for the South Pacific region. Raj has also worked at Procter & Gamble as a Manager Projects and Maintenance & Projects Engineer. Rajesh (Raj) possesses strong skills in team leadership, process improvement, and supply chain optimization.

Rajesh Kamath holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Rajesh (Raj) also has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur. In addition, they obtained a certification in Inventory Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2018.
