Danny Shterman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of semiconductor and networking technology. Danny has held various positions in different companies throughout their career.

Starting from 1984, Danny worked as a Chip Designer at Clarity. Danny then joined Freescale Semiconductor in 1986 as a Projects Leader, focusing on CPU's and Networking. In 1998, they became the Silicon Design Manager and later the VP R&D at AMCC Israel, where they were responsible for integrated network processors and traffic managers.

In 2005, Danny joined PMC-Sierra as the Director of VLSI. Danny then moved to Texas Instruments in 2007, serving as the Silicon Development Group Leader. In 2009, they became a Subcontractor at Siklu Communication before joining PMC-Sierra Israel as the VLSI Manager in the same year.

From 2012 onwards, Danny worked at Broadcom as a Sr. Principal Engineer. And most recently, they joined Ingonyama in 2022 as the VP R&D.

Throughout their career, Danny has demonstrated expertise in chip design, VLSI management, and R&D leadership. Danny'sexperience spans across multiple companies and roles, showcasing a strong background in the semiconductor industry.
