Viktor Fedosov

Viktor Fedosov currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Ingosstrakh, where responsibilities include conducting audits of infrastructure, processes, and financial management, along with developing and implementing a new strategy. Previously, Viktor held the position of Consumer Finance Chief Information Officer at Rosbank from 2018 to 2021, directing IT solutions development for the consumer finance division. Prior to that, Viktor was the Chief Information Officer at Rusfinance Bank from 2014 to 2018, overseeing digital IT operations and aligning them with organizational objectives. Viktor's career in IT also includes a role as Deputy Chief Information Officer at Rusfinance Bank within the Societe Generale Group from 2009 to 2014, managing day-to-day IT operations and administering a $15 million budget. Viktor holds degrees from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics and the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
