Hsin-Yen Tu

Hsin-Yen Tu is a seasoned UX research professional with extensive experience in leading and building UX research teams. Currently serving as Senior Manager of UX Research at Ingram Micro since June 2023, Hsin-Yen has successfully established UX research as a foundational component of product development, transitioning the company towards a user-centered approach. Prior to this role, Hsin-Yen worked at Meta from April 2018 to June 2023 in various leadership positions, including Lead Principal UX Researcher, where significant contributions included the development of the Meta Business Support Home and enhancements to user engagement. Hsin-Yen's earlier roles span various organizations, including SAP and Amazon, where strong quantitative and qualitative research skills were applied to drive user-centric solutions. Hsin-Yen holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from National Cheng-Chi University and Kaohsiung Medical University.
