Rudi Yahya

Rudi Yahya is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the food, flavor, and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Senior Director EMEA Operations at Ingredion Incorporated since October 2023, Rudi previously held various leadership roles at Givaudan from June 2014 to September 2023, including Head of Flavors Operations for North America and Latin America, and Operations Director for Flavor Indonesia. Prior experience includes Director positions at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where Rudi focused on supply chain and customer service management, and GE Healthcare, responsible for global demand management in molecular imaging. Rudi's earlier career involved significant contributions at Quest International (ICI), overseeing supply management and SAP implementations, and Unilever, working as a project engineer in chemical engineering. Rudi holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
