Saiful Amry Mahat

Saiful Amry Mahat started their career as a Programmer Analyst Trainee at IBM in 1998. Saiful Amry then worked as a Software Engineer at Xybase Inc from 1999 to 2001. From 2001 to 2018, they held various roles at Shell, including Country HR Manager - Shell IT, Regional HR Services Team Manager, HR Manager - Upstream International, Regional Recruitment Candidate Coordination Manager, Global Team Lead IT Applications Support, IT Customer Service Management, and IT Applications Support Consultant. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the HR Services Manager - Asia Pacific at Givaudan. Currently, they are the Head of HR Shared Services Center at Ingredion Incorporated, responsible for Employee Lifecycle, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning, Rewards, and Local HR Operations across ASIA-Pacific, Europe, Middle-East, and Africa.

Saiful Amry Mahat obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computing Science from the University of Technology Sydney between 1997 and 1999. Saiful Amry further pursued their education at the University of Strathclyde and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategic Management in 2016.
