Mike Lavender

Mike Lavender began their work experience in 1999 at Intec Automation Inc. as a Software Developer. Mike then joined Schneider Electric in 2006 as a Software Solutions Developer. In 2007, they joined INgrooves Music Group as an Engineering Manager and later took on roles as a Senior Engineering Manager, VP of Software Development, and SVP of Technology. The exact dates for some roles are not provided.

Mike Lavender attended the University of Victoria from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. In addition, they earned certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in May 2014 and as a Scrum Master from the same institution in March 2014.
