Ryan Hand

Ryan Hand has over 14 years of experience in the real estate and marketing industry. Ryan began their career in 2007 as an Account Manager Intern at G&G Advertising. In 2008, they worked as an Account Executive at Phase3 Media and an Operations Specialist at American Campus Communities. At American Campus Communities, they were later promoted to Director of Online & Social Marketing and then to Director of Strategic Marketing. In 2011, they worked as a Manager of Recruitment Marketing at Bazaarvoice. From 2012 to 2017, Ryan worked at Aspen Heights as a Regional Sales & Marketing Manager and then as the Director of Sales and Marketing. In 2017, they joined Student.com as the Head of Landlord Relationships - US, and then as the Head of Real Estate - North America. In 2020, they began working at CA Ventures as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Business Development and Vice President of Business Development & Client Services. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at Inhabitr as the Vice President - Partnerships - Student Housing.

Ryan Hand attended the UCF College of Business from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
