Kelsey Ludwig has been in the work force since 2012. Kelsey began their career as an Orientation Leader at West Chester University New Student Programs. From there, they moved on to work as a Registry Consultant/Training Head/Cash Office at Babies R Us, where they were responsible for collecting registrant's information, providing a friendly and welcoming registry process, answering questions regarding pregnancy, infant needs, and products, training new registry consultants, and completing audits, deposits, and all paperwork relevant to weekly budgeting. In 2014, Kelsey Ludwig became a Note Taker at the Office of Services for Students with Disabilities. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at ReMed, first as a Rehabilitation Case Manager Assistant, where they completed all DHS documentation per client, reviewed and submitted client's program billing monthly, and worked to meet client programming per approved schedule by insurance company. Kelsey also worked as a Brain Injury Specialist, displaying flexibility and willingness to respond to changes in operations or program needs, providing direct care to complete ADLs and other supports to clients, and completing all appropriate documentation and recordkeeping. In 2019, they moved on to become an Operations Manager at Continuum Rehabilitation, and in 2021, they became a General Manager at InHomeTherapy.

Kelsey Ludwig attended Norristown Area High School from 2007 to 2011. Kelsey then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication Sciences and Disorders from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, which they completed in 2015. Kelsey also holds a certification in ACBIS.
