Michael Schafler

Michael Schafler has a diverse work experience. Michael co-founded InHouse in 2021 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. Before that, they worked at LAUNCH as the Head of Customer Journey from July 2017 to March 2020. Simultaneously, they co-founded and served as the Head of Customer Journey at Trade Coffee from July 2017 to March 2020. From January 2015 to March 2020, they worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Pratt Institute. Prior to that, they were a Partner/Founder at MTWO from May 2013 to November 2017. Michael also worked as an Industrial Designer at ECCO Design from November 2013 to May 2014. Earlier in their career, they founded Talent Maven from June 2007 to June 2010 and worked in Celebrity Endorsements at WME (William Morris Endeavor) from October 2004 to August 2009.

Michael Schafler started their education at Fieldston School in 1997, where they did not obtain a degree or field of study. Michael then attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in International Relations. Following this, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial Design at Pratt Institute.
