Tom Cuilla Pmp, Scpm

Tom Cuilla, PMP, SCPM, CSM, has extensive experience in project management, holding the position of Sr. Project Manager at INHS since 2005. Prior roles include Sr. Project Manager positions at the PMI Board in 2015 and Utility Partners of America from 2004 to 2005, as well as Project Manager at Itron from 2001 to 2004. Tom actively contributed to the Inland Northwest PMI Board as VP of Communications from 2008 to 2010. Educationally, Tom holds a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Cardinal Stritch University, alongside professional certifications including CSM. Since July 2019, Tom has been retired.
