Russell Hornsby-Clifton

Russell Hornsby-Clifton currently serves as the UK Ambassador for The Founders Arena and is an Advisory Board member at Inicio AI, alongside holding positions as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Forces in Mind Trust and Chair of the Advisory Board for Meet Margo. Previously, Russell was a Faculty Member for the Conduct Leaders Academy at UK Finance and served as CEO and Board Director for EFG Bank in the Cayman Islands, where significant regulatory and commercial improvements were achieved.
