Sandhya K has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on quality assurance and regulatory affairs. Sandhya started their career in 2012 as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Narayana Health, where they processed and tested patient samples. Sandhya then worked at Arjun Diagnostics as a Medical Laboratory Technologist, where they handled medical equipment, processed daily quality control, and reported test results. Sandhya further developed their skills at Columbia Asia Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. as a Medical Laboratory Technologist, where they collected blood samples, counseled patients, and processed and reported testing samples. Sandhya then joined Jana Care as a QA/QC professional, responsible for non-conformance reports and quality audits. Most recently, Sandhya worked at Inito as a Senior QA & Regulatory Affairs Specialist, focusing on quality management systems, risk management analysis, and compliance with ISO guidelines and regulations. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their expertise in maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Sandhya K has a Diploma of Education in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Narayana Hrudayalaya Institute of Medical Sciences. Sandhya also holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education. In addition to their formal education, Sandhya has obtained several certifications including Internal Auditor Training Program based on ISO 13485:2016 Standard (Medical Device) from TÜV SÜD, Safety and inclusion at the workplace from Serein, Hippa Certificate from Accountable HQ, and Security Awareness Certificate from Accountable HQ, all in the year 2022.
