Alaaeldin Nagi

Alaaeldin Nagi has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Alaaeldin started their career as an IT Officer at Fine Hygienic Holding in April 2012 and worked in this role until October 2015. Alaaeldin then transitioned into the role of System Administrator at the same company and held this position until August 2018.

In November 2018, Alaaeldin joined Injazat Data Systems as an IT Support Engineer. Alaaeldin worked in this role until they joined Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA) in July 2022. At ADDA, they started as a System Administrator and also took on the role of Information Technology Support Engineer.

Throughout their career, Alaaeldin has gained valuable experience in managing systems, providing IT support, and ensuring efficient technology operations in diverse organizations.

Alaaeldin Nagi studied at Sikkim Manipal University in Gangtok, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology. After completing their undergraduate degree, Alaaeldin enrolled at the University of Khartoum to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Alaaeldin has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Alaaeldin became a Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate in February 2023. Prior to that, in September 2021, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Alaaeldin holds the Splunk Core Certified User certification, which they obtained in May 2020, as well as the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2016, which they acquired in February of the same year. Furthermore, in October 2019, they earned the ITIL Foundation Service Management V4 certification. Lastly, Alaaeldin has the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification, which they obtained in May 2020.
