Fady Ersan

Fady Ersan began their career in 2010 as a Telecom Engineer at ATCOM Technology & Communications. During their time there, they specialized in AVAYA PABX installation and support, worked on various AVAYA communication manager applications, and provided administration and support for AVAYA System Manger and other servers.

In 2012, Fady joined Injazat Data Systems as a Network Engineer. In this role, they focused on Cisco LAN WLAN WAN datacenter and security network concepts. Fady applied the ITIL framework to network operations, including SLA reviews and Statement of Work formulations. Fady also had a good understanding of SIP and H. protocols.
