Wayel Babiker

Wayel Babiker has a comprehensive work experience in the field of information technology, with a focus on support, administration, and troubleshooting.

Wayel started their career with alBaraka Banking Group as a Network Engineer, where they designed system configurations, monitored network performance, and enforced security policies.

Wayel then worked at JCB as a Network Supervisor, handling administrative and security tasks, troubleshooting network issues, and working with virtualization and cloud software.

Wayel also served as an Information Technology Manager at Prime Diesel, where they managed IT systems, ensured accessibility and current hardware and software, and performed various related duties.

Wayel then worked at Group of Raban Al-Safina Companies as an IT and Network Administrator, configuring routing protocols and VLAN trunking.

Wayel'snext role was as a Technical Support Engineer at Acer Middle East, where they troubleshooted operating systems, provided hardware installation and repair, and resolved network and Wi-Fi issues.

Wayel then joined Etisalat as a Customer Service Representative, supporting students with web access and achieving efficiency gains in Active Directory policies and security administration.

Currently, they are working at Injazat as an Information Technology Support Specialist, where they manage IT systems across multiple departments, follows ITIL standards, and escalates technical issues as needed.

Throughout their career, Wayel has demonstrated proficiency in various IT tools and technologies, such as Desktop Central Apps, JAMF, SCCM server, Acronis master image, and CSS software. Wayel also has experience in supporting Mac/Windows hybrid environments and deploying OS and iOS via network.

Wayel Babiker earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU. Wayel attended this institution from 2009 to 2012. In July 2012, they also obtained a certification in CCNA from Cisco.
