Jenna Settle has been working in the design and marketing industry since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Designer at Werkshop Marketing. In 2012, they worked as a Product Design Manager + Graphic Designer, Product and Graphic Designer, Freelance Marketing and Graphic Designer, and Production Assistant, Designer, Social Media Coordinator at Inked. Influencer Commerce, Self Employed, and lilDRAGON Entertainment, respectively. At Inked. Influencer Commerce, their roles included enabling social media influencers to take their relationships with their audience one step further in the form of physical products, and implementing web development, marketing, product development, fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.

Jenna Settle began their educational journey in 2006 when they attended Florida College and earned an AA in Liberal Arts in 2009. Jenna then continued their studies at Western Kentucky University, where they earned a BA in Advertising and Religious Studies in 2011.
