Aashish Patil

Aashish Patil is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in project management and process improvement. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Inkers Technology since March 2024, Aashish oversees all project aspects and implements continuous improvement initiatives while facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams. In a previous role as Program Manager at OneCare, Aashish successfully launched a significant doctor conference and managed project schedules and resources. Earlier, as Assistant Manager at Vedanta Limited, Aashish enhanced production efficiency and revenue through Kaizen projects and process re-engineering. Aashish's early career included an internship at INEOS Styrolution, where Aashish contributed to equipment efficiency improvements. Aashish holds an MBA from Stoa and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology.
