Francis O' Donnell

Francis O' Donnell currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and RBD Director at Inland Fisheries Ireland since December 2019. Prior to this role, Francis O' Donnell held the position of CEO at the Irish Fish Producers' Organisation from November 2011 to December 2019 and worked as the IUU Coordinator for the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority from September 2007 to October 2011. Earlier in the career, Francis O' Donnell was a Fisheries Inspector at Inland Fisheries Ireland from January 2004 to August 2007. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business from the University of Limerick, an MSc in Ecological Management and Conservation Biology from Queen's University Belfast, a BSc in Environmental Science from Ulster University, a Diploma in Field Ecology from UCC, and a Certificate in Fisheries Management from the Institute of Fisheries Management.
