Benjamin Sholiton began their work experience in 2004 as the Owner of Thyme & Again Catering. Benjamin then joined Inland Seafood in 2018 as a Sales Representative.

Benjamin Sholiton pursued their education at various institutions. Benjamin began their educational journey at The George Washington University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Political Science/Electronic Media. Benjamin'sfocus of study was in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Following this, from 2004 to 2008, Benjamin attended Johnson & Wales University. During this time, they earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Benjamin furthered their education at Johnson & Wales University by completing a degree in Food Service Management from 2006 to 2008, specializing in Restaurant/Food Services Management.
