Leo Cortez

Leo Cortez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. As the Product Manager at Inland Tarp & Liner (ITL™), LLC since December 2019, Leo has applied expertise in product development and management. Prior to this role, Leo served as the Fluid Bed Reactor / Product Handling / Poly Siemens Reactor Superintendent at REC Silicon from September 2003 to December 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing the daily operations of multiple production units, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Leo's earlier work experience includes positions as a Finisher at McKean Concrete and Crew Lead at Quality Structures. Leo holds a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Eastern Washington University and graduated from Moses Lake High School in 1994.
