Jila Field is a seasoned professional in the beauty industry with extensive experience in sales and brand consulting. Currently serving as Head of Sales at Inlight Beauty since February 2020, Jila Field is responsible for driving and managing business relationships while utilizing CRM to track sales and identify opportunities. As a Brand Consultant at the brand hub since September 2018, Jila Field leverages a strong background in retail, having held key positions at Fenwick from January 2007 to August 2018, including Beauty Buyer and Merchandiser for Beauty & Lingerie, as well as Lingerie Buyer at Fenwick Of Bond Street Limited from February 2003 to July 2006. Jila Field holds a BA Honors degree in Marketing from the University of East London, earned between 1994 and 1996.
