Beth Grenke

Beth Grenke has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Beth most recently worked at Inmar as an Accountant starting in March 2019. Prior to that, they worked at FedEx Supply Chain as a Revenue Accountant III from March 2018 to March 2019. Before their time at FedEx, they had a long tenure at Genco Pharmaceutical Services, a FedEx company, where they held the position of Finance Manager from 2015 to 2018 and Sr. Financial Analyst from 2009 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Beth worked at Legion Insurance (In Liquidation) as a Manager- Reinsurance Accounting from July 2005 to December 2008. Beth played a key role in the development and implementation of an automated reinsurance billing system and oversaw a department of 20+ accountants. Beth also led the transition of department functions to another office. Prior to their managerial role, they were a Team Leader-Reinsurance Accounting from May 2000 to July 2005, where they managed a team of nine accountants and handled the workflow and assignment of new accounts.

Beth started their career at Legion Insurance as a Reinsurance Accountant from May 1999 to May 2000. In this position, they processed statements to reinsurers and captives, balanced/reconciled reinsurance general ledger accounts, and entered accounts receivable/accounts payable entries for billing statements.

Lastly, Beth worked at Welsh, Inc. as an Accounting Services Supervisor from June 1991 to March 1999. In this role, they managed a team of twelve and was responsible for staffing, HR functions, and training. Beth successfully streamlined workflow through increased organization and automation, enabling the department to handle a 150% profit center growth without increasing staffing.

Beth Grenke earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Valparaiso University between 1987 and 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting at Loyola University Chicago, although no dates were provided for this degree.
