Colin Jones

Colin Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Colin began their career as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at NMCI Services, where they managed over 200 users and handled various requests and support tasks. Colin then moved on to the role of Inventory Specialist at Volvo Group, where they were responsible for inventory control and coordinating repairs with vendors. After that, Colin worked as a Senior Technical Support Analyst at XPO, providing technical support and troubleshooting. Colin then transitioned to Inmar Intelligence as a Senior System Engineer, responsible for maintaining the technical integrity of broadcast playout systems. Throughout their career, Colin has demonstrated strong technical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality services.

Colin Jones obtained their Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from ECPI University, where they attended from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they have acquired the Jamf Certified Associate Exam - English certification from Jamf in May 2023.
