David Tennyson

David Tennyson's work experience begins in 1996 at Siemens, where they worked as a Business Development Manager and Customer Care Program Manager until 1999. David then joined Mindseek as a Manager of Sales Engineering, where they conducted product demonstrations, improved performance, and managed customer support until 2001. From 2001 to 2006, David worked at Inmar Intelligence as a Senior Manager of Client Services, focusing on client satisfaction and relationship management. David then transitioned to the role of Director of IT Shared Services from 2006 to 2014, where they provided leadership in planning and deploying IT solutions. From 2014 to 2023, David held multiple positions at Inmar Intelligence, including Director of Information Security and Chief Information Security Officer, where they were responsible for reducing corporate risk, developing security policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

David Tennyson attended Forsyth Technical Community College from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained an AAS degree in Systems Security. David'sfield of study was Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1991, they attended TTI in Atlanta for a degree in Computer Hardware and Telecommunications, although the field of study is unspecified.

David Tennyson also has several certifications in the field of information security. In 2016, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² and the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification from ISACA. In 2016, they also obtained the HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP®) certification from (ISC)². David'smost recent certification is the EC-Council's Certified Chief Information Security Officer, which they obtained from EC-Council in May 2022.
