Fred Jorgenson

Frederick Jorgenson is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as EVP - Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at Inmar Intelligence since February 2013, Jorgenson oversees legal operations for a technology-driven firm that supports critical business functions for retailers and manufacturers. Previously, Jorgenson held various significant roles, including Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at AuthenTec, where contribution to the company's growth led to its acquisition by Apple, and served as Senior Counsel at Raytheon, managing licensing transactions. Additional experience includes executive leadership as CEO of RJ Mears, Associate General Counsel at Fujitsu Network Communications, and managing intellectual property matters at Harris Corporation. Jorgenson holds a JD from Florida State University and a BSEE from Florida International University.
