Latisha Counts

Latisha Counts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Latisha started their career in 2004 at Bank of America, where they worked as a Sr. Loan Mortgaging Specialist, handling customer service, recovery calls, and research requests. Latisha then moved on to American Express, where they worked as a Customer Care Professional, training and mentoring new hires and leading team meetings.

In 2011, Latisha joined PepsiCo as a Sales Associate CSR, responsible for handling customer calls and meeting performance standards. Latisha also worked as a Finance Customer Management Associate Coordinator, performing daily income auditing and revenue posting.

Latisha then joined IBM in 2017, where they continued their role as a Finance Customer Management Associate Coordinator. Latisha'sresponsibilities included income auditing, reconciling cash and credit card deposits, and updating customer files.

In 2018, Latisha joined Inmar Intelligence as a Cash Control Coordinator in the Finance department. Latisha'sduties included data entry, maintaining ledgers, resolving account irregularities, and generating refunds and adjustments. Latisha then transitioned to the role of a Client Receivables Specialist in the Healthcare division, providing transaction settlement support to assigned clients.

Throughout their career, Latisha has gained experience in finance, customer service, and data management, showcasing their adaptability and versatility in different roles and industries.

Latisha Counts obtained a diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Southwest Guilford High School from 1996 to 1999. Latisha then attended Guilford Technical Community College from 1999 to 2000, where they studied Banking and Financial Support Services. In 2005 to 2006, they attended Brookstone College-Greensboro and pursued Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician. Additionally, Latisha obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Inmar Technologies Pvt Ltd in October 2019 and the HIPAA Associate (HIPAAA) certification from Inmar Intelligence in June 2018.
