Elaine de Lira Messia

Elaine de Lira Messia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Elaine started their career as an Auxiliar Administrativo - Jovem Aprendiz at Adezan Indústria de Embalagens e Serviços in 2008, where they were involved in recruitment and selection, document control, and performance evaluation processes. Elaine then worked as an Auxiliar de Departamento Pessoal - Temporário terceirizado at Kim Pães in 2011. Following that, they joined Pentacom IT Solutions as an Estagiária Recursos Humanos - TI from 2011 to 2013.

Elaine then transitioned to Innovative Management Consulting as an Assistente Administrativo - TI from 2013 to 2014. Elaine gained experience in administrative tasks related to the IT department. In 2015, they joined TIVIT as a Talent Acquisition - TI - JR, where they supported recruitment and selection processes for IT positions, including conducting interviews and managing successful projects for various companies.

Continuing their career progression, Elaine moved to Source2IT in 2019 as an Analista de Recrutamento e Seleção. Elaine was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for technology professionals, as well as process design and documentation standardization.

Elaine rejoined TIVIT in 2020 as a Talent Acquisition - TI - PL, handling talent acquisition for IT roles. Elaine joined Inmetrics in 2021, where they have held several roles, including Talent Acquisition Pleno - TI and Talent Acquisition Sênior - TI. Currently, they serve as a Business Partner.

Throughout their career, Elaine has demonstrated strong skills in talent acquisition, recruitment, and selection, as well as process optimization and documentation standardization.

Elaine de Lira Messia has a diverse educational background. Elaine began their higher education journey in 2012 at Universidade Paulista, where they pursued a degree in Tecnólogo em Gestão de Recursos Humanos. This program lasted from 2012 to 2013 and focused on the field of Gestão de Recursos Humanos.

After completing their degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Elaine took a break from their studies and then resumed them in 2017. During this period, they attended Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM. Here, they pursued an MBA in Gestão Estratégica de Negócios, specializing in the field of Administração e Negócios. This program spanned from 2017 to 2018, allowing Elaine to enhance their knowledge in strategic business management.

Elaine's educational journey continued in 2019 when they re-enrolled at Universidade Paulista. This time, they embarked on a new degree program in Psicologia, the study of psychology. Elaine is expected to complete their degree in Psicologia in 2023.
