Sergio Nascimento

Sergio Nascimento has a diverse background in the IT industry. Sergio began their career at Claro in 1998, where they worked as a Specialist in IT. During their time at Claro, Sergio was responsible for project management, production control, and support in the Fiscal area. Sergio also had expertise in software management, automation, shell scripting, and system optimization.

After leaving Claro in 2016, Sergio joined Elumini Outdoing IT as a Middleware Analyst, where they focused on troubleshooting proprietary systems and deploying with BMC Bladelogic. Sergio also worked with tools such as Apache, Control-M, Jboss, Redis, Sentinel, and Zookeeper.

In 2018, Sergio joined UOL - Universo Online as a SysAdmin Devops. Sergio'sresponsibilities at UOL included troubleshooting and automation, RBAC access release in Kubernetes, and configuration and support for tools such as Jenkins, Infoblox, and Grafana. Sergio also worked with various other tools and technologies such as Ansible, Docker, NGINX, Puppet, and Kubernetes.

Most recently, Sergio worked at Inmetrics as a Site Reliability Engineer. In this role, they configured observability stacks in Kubernetes and administered the Kubernetes environment with version upgrades and certificate automation. Sergio also worked with tools like Prometheus, Kafka, Logstash, and Elasticsearch.

Throughout their career, Sergio has demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting, automation, system administration, and software configuration across multiple domains and industries.

Sergio Nascimento completed their education history by obtaining an MBA in Information Technology Management from FIAP - Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from FASP - Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo from 1998-2002.
