Silvano Rodrigues

Silvano Rodrigues has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Silvano started their career at Capgemini in 2013 as an Analista de Service Desk, where they provided support for system errors, configured Outlook, and enabled network logins via Active Directory. Silvano was skilled in using the Remedy tool and resolving issues remotely.

In 2014, Rodrigues worked at Sevilha Contabilidade as an Auxiliar de Sistemas. Their responsibilities included developing and maintaining the company's proprietary system (Portal), analyzing and granting access, and handling small projects.

From 2014 to 2018, Rodrigues worked at Inmetrics as a DBA de Oracle. In this role, they managed the company's Oracle databases and ensured their smooth operation.

From 2018 until 2022, Rodrigues worked at Inmetrics as a Site Reliability Engineer, responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of the company's systems and applications.

Most recently, Rodrigues has been working as an Especialista de Infraestrutura Cloud at Inmetrics since January 2022, where they specialize in cloud infrastructure management.

In 2014 to 2016, they attended Faculdade Sumaré, where they earned a degree in Banco de dados (Database) and specialized in the same field. From 2013 to 2015, Silvano studied at Universidade Paulista, pursuing a degree in Tecnologia de analise e desenvolvimento de sistemas (Technology of system analysis and development), although the field of study is not specified. In 2013 to 2014, they also participated in a training program focused on Formação DBA Oracle 11G (Database Administration).
