Faith Huber

Faith Huber, MHRM, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Faith recently joined TroopHR as a Member in August 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People, Culture & Talent at InMocean since April 2023. Before entering the corporate sector, Faith founded FH Consulting in January 2022, where they worked as an HR Consultant. Faith gained valuable experience as the Human Resources Director at ConnectedHR from May 2018 to January 2022, and as a Human Resources Consultant from November 2015 to May 2018. Faith began their career at InterDesign, Inc. in 2014 as a Human Resources Coordinator and then moved on to ASM International, where they worked as a Human Resource Generalist from 2013 to 2014.

Faith Huber, MHRM, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University. Faith also has a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Lake Erie College.
