Erica Nelson

Erica Nelson, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at InMotion Hosting since May 2015, where roles have included HR Manager, Recruitment and Community Engagement Manager, and various other recruitment and human resources positions. Prior to this, Erica worked part-time at Christopher Newport University Office of Human Resources as an Office Services Specialist while completing education. Experience at Food Lion from May 2011 to May 2015 provided foundational skills in customer service and introduced leadership opportunities. A pivotal internship in the Human Resource Department at Christopher Newport University in early 2014 ignited a passion for human resources. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Psychology, and Business Administration from Christopher Newport University, earned in 2015.
