Shawn Bolton

Shawn Bolton serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Inner City Law Center, overseeing operations and providing guidance for staff and clients since February 2022. Prior to this role, Shawn was the Assistant Vice President of Program Operations at Chrysalis, where responsibilities included managing operations for a team of 65, ensuring compliance with grants, and participating in strategic planning. Shawn's experience also includes significant contributions at the Youth Policy Institute, where roles ranged from Director of Community and Family Support to Director of Health and Wellness, focusing on community development and program management aligned with federal initiatives. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Dillard University, a Master's in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge, a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership from Antioch University-Los Angeles, and further study at the University of Southern California.
