Gauri Saxena

Gauri Saxena has diverse work experience in the field of psychology. Gauri currently works as a Consultant Psychologist at Amaha (formerly InnerHour) since November 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Research Assistant at Inspirium Holistic Care Centre from September 2019 to November 2021. Gauri also served as an Intern at Institute For Psychological Health, Thane for a short period in October 2021. Gauri has interned at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College in September 2021 and at Parkinson's Disease & Movement Disorder Society (PDMDS), India in July 2021. Gauri worked as a Research Assistant at NAROTAM SEKHSARIA FOUNDATION from October 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they gained experience as a Freelance Content Writer from January 2019 to October 2019. Gauri began their professional journey as an Intern at InnerHour in April and May 2017.

Gauri Saxena has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, which they completed from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they graduated from St. Xavier's College with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, majoring in Psychology, and also studied English Literature and Anthropology from 2014 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Gauri Saxena has obtained several certifications. In February 2023, they obtained the "Acceptance and Committment Therapy" certification from connectandrestore. In March 2021, they completed the "Fundamental Neuroscience for Neuroimaging" certification from Coursera. In July 2020, they achieved the "Moralities of Everyday Life" and "Psychological First Aid" certifications from Coursera. Lastly, in September 2021, they completed the "QPR Gatekeeper Training Online" certification from the QPR Institute.
