Taralika "Tara" McAdoo, BS, MSc has over 13 years of professional experience in the healthcare and beauty industries. In 2022, Tara began working as the Principal at Rainmakers Strategic Solutions LLC. Prior to that, Tara was the Artistic Director Team & Educator at Innersense Organic Beauty (2021). From 2011-2021, Tara was the Salon Owner | Tight Curl Artist | Hair Care Advocate at Hair Haven + Company, where they recommended and provided tight curl hair care consultations and services, chemical relaxing and strengthening thermal reconditioning treatments, custom color services, and precision hair cutting services. From 2015-2013, Tara held various roles at Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG), including ESRD National Coordination Center, Director, Physician Office Quality, and Associate Director - Physician Office Quality. At Alliant Health Solutions, Inc. (2013-2010), Tara served as the Regional Task Lead, Population Health Initiatives, where they were the team lead of a preventive and cardiac care quality improvement initiative program under the Quality Improvement Organization contract with CMS. Tara was also the Senior Project Manager, Improving Health for Populations and Communities at Acumentra Health (2010-2009). Additionally, Tara was the Design Essentials Associate Technician at McBride Research Labs (2009-2009) and the Clinical Training Coordinator at Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette (2009-2007). Lastly, Tara was the JOBS Program Medical Case Consultant at Stonebridge Rehabilitation Associates (2007-2007).

Taralika “Tara” McAdoo has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Healthcare concentration from Albany State University, which they obtained between 1997 and 2002. Taralika “Tara” then completed a Master of Science in Business Management/Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness from Troy University between 2003 and 2004. In 2005 and 2006, they obtained a Diploma in Cosmetology from Chattahoochee Technical College. Additionally, Tara has obtained three certifications: a DevaCurl Level 1 Inspired Stylist from DevaCurl in August 2017, a Master Cosmetology, Aesthetician, Nail Technologist Instructor (License) from the Georgia Board of Cosmetology in November 2006, and a Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetics, Or Manicurist Instructor from the Florida Board of Cosmetology in October 2015.
