Darlene Underwood

Darlene Underwood is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in Human Resources management and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Innerstaff, LLC since August 2021, Darlene enhances client services operations for HR and Payroll support while fostering strong client relationships. As COO and Executive Coaching Director at FACET INC since 2011, Darlene has supported executive coaching and strategic HR management for various clients. Previously, Darlene held positions such as Sr. Human Resources Consultant and Sr. HR Business Consultant at Questco Companies, and Chief Operating Officer at Montgomery County Food Bank, where Darlene established HR departments and streamlined operations. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Retail Management Partners, Skipping Stone, and Dawson & Dawson Consultants Inc., demonstrating a robust background in HR practices, employee relations, and organizational management.
