Nicolas Perez de Guzman has a diverse work experience. From 2016 to 2020, they have worked for a variety of employers in different roles. In 2016, they worked as a Math and Science Tutor for Florida International University. In 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant for Mt Sinai Medical Center, where they assisted researchers and physicians in studying the effectiveness of the KT-1000 arthromometer. In 2018, they worked as a Manufacturing Laboratory Teaching Assistant for Florida International University's College of Engineering & Computing, where they instructed students on how to operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and band saws. In 2019, they worked as a Design Engineering CO-OP for Boston Scientific. Finally, in 2020, they worked for InNeuroCo, Inc. as a Research and Development Engineer and Design Engineer.
Nicolas Perez de Guzman completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University in 2018. In 2019, they obtained a SolidWorks CSWA-Associate Mechanical Design certification from Dassault Systèmes. Nicolas is currently pursuing a Doctor of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine, which is expected to be completed in 2025.
