Shannon Scott

Shannon Scott, HBA, CHRL, currently serves as a Total Rewards Partner for the Town of Innisfil since October 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resource Partner at Lakehead University from May 2018 to October 2021, and as Manager of Human Resources at Barrie & Community Family Health Team from October 2013 to May 2018. Prior positions include Human Resources Business Partner at Carswell, a Thomson Reuters business, from October 2010 to October 2013, Human Resource Generalist at The Cartwright Group Ltd from April 2008 to October 2010, and Human Resource Assistant at Student Connections from October 2007 to April 2008. Shannon holds a B.A.H. in Political Science from the University of Guelph and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Humber College, along with a certification from the Human Resource Professional Association.
