Chen-Do Lu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.
Chen-Do is currently working at Innit as the Senior Product Director - Founder's Right Hand - Lead Europe. Chen-Do joined the company in 2020 and is responsible for building the European teams, signing strategic customers and projects, and driving product strategy for the European market.
Prior to that, Chen-Do worked at Lectra as the Global Product Director - Collaborative Solutions from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they managed the collaboration software product line and was in charge of defining product strategy and managing the portfolio offering for products developed across four geographies.
From 2015 to 2019, Chen-Do held various roles at Alkemics (now part of Salsify). Chen-Do started as the Marketing & Partnerships Manager and later became the Head of Partnerships and SMB Ecosystem. In these roles, they built partnerships with software editors, 3rd party services, and integrators, and focused on leveraging Alkemics to boost interactions and grow business for retailers and SMB manufacturers.
Before that, Chen-Do worked at Microsoft as the Marketing Manager User Experience & Business Intelligence from 2011 to 2015. Chen-Do was responsible for marketing the Business & Mission Critical practice and Premier Support. Chen-Do also initiated PR communications and managed customer evidence.
Chen-Do also has experience as a freelance interactive producer and consultant, where they supported creative and innovative projects. Chen-Do worked on improving SEO for an insurance comparison website.
In 2010, Chen-Do worked at M6 Metropole Television as the Product Manager Assistant, where they collaborated with product marketing managers and conducted traffic analysis reports for VOD and wrote statements of requirements to improve M6 VOD on IPTV.
In 2009, they worked at TF1 in the New Media Strategy & Innovation Department, where they identified new usages in apps and worked on user interfaces and experiences, including a project demonstrating interaction with live TV shows.
Chen-Do also worked at OpenCube Technologies in 2008 as an R&D developer, specializing in video production workflows and software development for MXF files management.
Additionally, they worked as a web developer at Atlas Immobilier in 2007, where they developed an intranet system to streamline data processing and provide business views.
Lastly, Chen-Do co-founded Mediatissimo in 2002, where they worked as a web developer.
Chen-Do LU started their education in 2006 at ENSEEIHT, where they pursued a Master's degree in Networks and Telecoms. Chen-Do completed this degree in 2009. In 2008, they attended Polytechnique Montréal, where they focused on Networks and Telecoms, although there is no information regarding the completion of a specific degree. Chen-Do LU then went on to study at Sciences Po from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master's degree in Communication Studies.
