Balaji Pandurangan has worked in the Human Resources field since 2007. Balaji began their career as an HR Executive at Growthway Capital Pvt Ltd in 2007, where they were responsible for maintaining attendance and leave details, processing monthly payroll, and being the sole contact in HR for any status like LOP/Reimbursements/Salary revision/pay roll related quires and distributing payslips. In 2008, they moved to Allzone Management Solutions, where they were involved in recruiting resources by screening resumes, scheduling and coordinating technical interviews, and analyzing the requirements of resources with Project Managers/Head - Operations. From 2011 to 2019, they worked as Manager - HR at Changepond Technologies, where they drove the entire PMS for the vertical and projects, designed, developed, and conducted appraisee and appraiser workshops for common objectives aligned to organization goals, and managed succession and career planning of employees based on performance and association with the organization. Most recently, they have been working as Manager HR at Innive Inc since 2019.
Balaji Pandurangan began their educational journey in 1998, when they attended Baynes Memorial Baptist Church Mat. hr. Sec School. Balaji then attended Valliammai Polytechnic College from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Diploma in Electrical and Electronices Engineering. After that, they attended SRM Valliammai Engineering College from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. Finally, they attended Madurai Kamaraj University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an MBA in HR.
