Following the acquisition of Idea Drop and InnoCentive, both now operating under Wazoku, Simon continues to lead initiatives that democratize innovation. Additionally, Simon holds various roles including Commercial Director at Heatshrink Solutions and Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD, while actively contributing to thought leadership through The Future Shapers. Simon's previous experience includes advisory positions and leadership roles across multiple industries, emphasizing a strong background in technology markets and business strategy. Simon holds an MSc in Management from the University of Bath and a BSc Hons in German from UCL.
