Ivanna Paklikovska

Ivanna Paklikovska is an experienced HR Manager at Innocode, a digital innovation partner focused on developing digital solutions for startups and media companies since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ivanna served in various capacities at the Ukrainian Education Platform from January 2016 to May 2021, including Head of the Volunteer Department and Operational Manager for the "Building Ukraine Together" project, aimed at empowering youth through volunteering. Ivanna holds a Master's degree in Social Pedagogy from Ukrainian Catholic University and participated in an exchange program at St. Mary's University in 2013.
