Drew Baney

Drew Baney has over 20 years of professional experience in various leadership roles. Drew is currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing at INNOMOTIVE Solutions Group, where they support the team in meeting customer expectations and promoting continuous improvement. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President/General Manager at KME. Drew has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at NETZSCH Premier Technologies, where they were responsible for coordinating operations and engineering departments. Drew has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in operations management. Drew served as the Sr. Director of Operations-North America at JLG Industries, overseeing multiple facilities and leading a large team. Drew has also held various operational roles at JLG Industries, including Director of Operations and Operations Manager. Earlier in their career, Drew worked as a Project Manager at Schuff Steel.

Drew Baney attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1995 to 1998 and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
