Victoria Albright

Victoria Albright has a diverse background in human resources and business administration. Victoria currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at INNOPHASE, a rapidly growing pre-IPO communications semiconductor company. Prior to their current role, they were the Director of Human Resources and Business Administration at Avantiico. Victoria also worked at Avantiico (formerly AXMentor, Inc.) as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and Human Resources Manager. Before that, they were the Director of Sales and HR Manager at VivanTech, Inc., where they provided technology consulting solutions for the higher education sector. Earlier in their career, Victoria held positions such as Business Development Manager at Volt Technical Resources, National Recruitment Manager at Synova, and Lead Technical Recruiter at CDI Inc.

Victoria Albright earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from the University of Arkansas. Victoria also obtained a certification from Microsoft in 2019.
